Unlocking Inner Peace: Transforming Anxiety and Fears with RTT and Hypnotherapy with guest Kate Semeniuk

This week on Unpacked we are chatting with guest Kate Semeniuk  RTT® Hypnotherapy therapist. RTT stands for Rapid Transformation Therapy®, an innovative method founded by Marisa Peer that combines the best practices of Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP. We chat with Kate about her own life as a Ukrainian immigrant, her journey with anxiety and postpartum depression and accessing RTT hypnotherapy herself. She shares the impact this had on her own life that led to her starting her own practice. Kate shares how this type of practice can help work through fears, phobias, trauma, confidence and anxiety (basically anything!!) Kate walks us through what each session is like, why RTT is helpful and the impact it has on clients and the freedom they find.

Unpacked is a podcast exploring life as messy people. It’s conversations with counsellors, leaders, storytellers discussing the experiences of being human. We talk about the strength that comes from big messy failures and vulnerable moments so we can learn to live more authentically. Subscribe and leave us a review!
