A look at attachment theory with Maureen Speidel Trauma and Relationship Psychologist

This week on Unpacked are chatting with guest Maureen Speidel of Delta Psychological  Services in Chestermere and one of our absolute favourite people.  She specializes in Trauma and Attachment, is trained in EMDR, is a Circle of Security Facilitator and educated in the Neuro-Sequential Model of Therapeutics. Maureen returns with the Unpacked team to chat attachment theory. We chat with Maureen about the four attachment styles, how they develop in children, the role they play as an adult in all forms of relationships, how they affect relationships and how to move towards secure attachment.
